Family needs change with every stage of life
From welcoming a new baby to helping the whole household run well.

Child Growth & Family Support
Finding a person is easy. Finding the right fit is harder.
Family care should not be built on guesswork.
Is a résumé accurate? Does a candidate’s experience fit your household? What is caregiver pay, and what is Huashi’s service fee? What happens when availability changes across cities or countries—and who keeps coordinating after a match?
Those questions often matter more than finding a name. Huashi aims to make the process clearer.

From Shanghai to the world
Two generations of experience, one shared understanding of trust.
Mrs. Wang began the business in Shanghai in 2003. It started with factory staffing and job matching, then gradually shifted toward children, older people and everyday family services.
At its peak, the business operated 16 company-run locations in Shanghai. Years later, she stepped away from management to work directly in homes in Canada, Australia and the United States, providing newborn, infant, Yuesao, cooking and household support.
The second generation joined as an ordinary employee in 2020. In 2025, Huashi Global entered a new stage of international development.
AI-assisted. Human-reviewed.
Technology helps us understand faster. People make the careful decisions.
AI can organize complex requests, turning location, timing, responsibilities, budget and language needs into clearer matching criteria.
Candidate recommendations still depend on advisers reviewing résumés, verifying experience, discussing pay and availability, and deciding whether an introduction makes sense.

How matching works
From the first conversation to the first day at home.
- 01
Tell us what you need
Share location, timing, household situation, budget and contact details. A budget may be firm, approximate or not yet decided.
- 02
Confirm criteria and market context
We work within an existing budget or offer market context based on role and location when it is still open; this is not a price guarantee.
- 03
Review candidates
We recommend candidates against confirmed criteria and explain differences in experience, duties, availability and expected pay.
- 04
Arrange a video interview
The family and candidate speak directly about care approach, living arrangements, pay and working boundaries.
- 05
Confirm the person and main terms
After the candidate, fees, availability and main terms are agreed, Huashi prepares the applicable contract documents for review.
- 06
Coordinate payment, signing and arrival
Huashi helps coordinate payment, contract signing and the start date. The exact order of payment and signing may be agreed for the circumstances.
- 07
Continue support during the service term
If availability changes, service cannot continue, or the placement is genuinely unsuitable after discussion, Huashi provides multiple free rematches and transition support as agreed in the contract. Material changes to city, budget, headcount or duties require the terms and any applicable fees to be reconfirmed.
- 08
Stay in touch after service
When the service is complete, the connection does not have to end. If your family welcomes a new member, enters a new chapter in work or life, or needs family-service support again, you are always welcome to contact us. We wish every family a calmer and smoother road ahead.
